September Conejo Valley Events
September is officially here, which means it is time to start filling up your calendar with fun local events that you can enjoy with your loved ones. Mark your calendar for these Conejo Valley events to make the most of the end of the warm season!
From September 17th through the 20th, head out to the Simi Valley Town Center, north of the 118 freeway for Simi Valley Days! There will be plenty for people of all ages to enjoy at the event, including a music festival, contests and prizes, carnival games, free samples and giveaways, delicious food, arts and crafts, a car show, carnival rides, and much more!
The California Beer Festival is making its way to Ventura for the Craft Beer Heaven event from September 18th through the 20th. The festival starts on Friday with the Brew With a View Invitational at City Hall overlooking Downtown Ventura. Five gourmet chefs will be serving tasty dishes that will be paired with five brew masters. Saturday is perfect for anyone with a love of craft beer, with beer sampling from all the beer makers, live music, and food trucks. Bring the whole family on Sunday for the California Blues and Brews Festival from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. where you can bring your own blanket and chair to enjoy two stages of amazing blues music.
On Sunday, September 20th, you will not want to miss out on the Harvest Half Marathon, 5K, and 10K in Camarillo. The all flat course through the strawberry fields is perfect for both advanced and beginner runners.
